WE ARE HIRING! Job Summary: the Junior Accountant plays a vital role in the financial operations of an organization, providing essential support to the accounting and finance department. As a Junior Accountant, the primary responsibility is to assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. You will work closely with senior accountants and finance professionals, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the accounting field. Key Responsibilities: • Posting and filing of Tax invoices, Sales Return and Cash Receipts. • Preparation of Cash and Expense Report. • Checking and Validation of Orders in Odoo. • Posting return items, Shipments in Odoo. • AR Follow up with the Sales Teams. (Debit Clients) • Help with the inventory counting of the warehouse. • Supporting General Accountant and Sales Team • Follow up the sales team for the required documents (Signed Delivery Slip) Qualifications and Skills: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. • Patience and empathy in handling challenging situations. • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing all requests and documentation. • Proficiency in using ODOO ERM, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field.
